Jasper is a sensitive and intelligent dog. He thrives with routine and predictability, and forms strong bonds through calm, low-pressure time together.

Jasper can find too much handling overwhelming, and has reacted by snapping when uncomfortable in the past - he needs a calm, hands-off approach from someone who understands dog body language and can respect his boundaries.

He enjoys company with people he trusts and in turn, responds well to gentle, consistent training.

Is Jasper right for you?

Jasper would be benefit from a calm, experienced, adult-only home with very few visitors, where busy environments won't overwhelm him.

Jasper is not comfortable around other dogs, and would need quiet walks, access to a secure dog field and a secure garden.

He’s still gaining confidence with being left alone, so gentle guidance, patience, and routine will be important for him.
